Nicolas is 3 months old today! The picture in the bumbo seat was taken today. Nico doesn't last long in the seat but he gets stronger each time we practice sitting.

The picture of Lucas with the baby dolls was taken at church in the Nursery. He's learning to be gentle. He will even take his stuffed animal and put it on his shoulder like I do with Nicolas. So cute!

Kimono for Nicolas

While in the doctor's office the other day Nicolas spit up while sitting in his car seat. It got all over his clothes, onesie, car seat cover and even leaked through to the seat we were sitting on. Instead of putting his clothes back on after the appointment and knowing we were only 5 minutes from home I fashioned a kimono out of his blanket and buckled him into his seat. He stayed warm and dry. I am learning new ways to be resourceful as a mother.

Latest pictures of Lucas and Nicolas

For Thanksgiving Oscar, Lucas and I went to Tennessee to enjoy Turkey day with Murray's family. Laurel's extended family hosted us for turkey and all the fixin's. They are very gracious hosts. Mom and Dad were there as well. Anywho, this video was taken in the care. I'm sitting right next to Lucas, in the middle, and Laurel is to my right. Laurel was making Lucas laugh. The cutest sound! Be sure to watchi his eyes and eyebrows.

Until today, February 28th Lucas was not clapping on his own. He's been waving hello and goodbye but not really getting the hang of clapping. Well, here it is, the proof! So cute!

I have a lot of catching up to do but I couldn't let another day go by without posting this pictures of Lucas. This was taken just a couple of weeks ago and just shy of his 10 month milestone. Love him!

I had to share these pictures and video. Lucas has started to eat foods - pears, squash, peaches and PEAS. Yesterday was his first introduction to peas and it was a hoot. He is not a fan!
